Customize your Benefits Plan.
Whether your company has two employees or five hundred employees, The Benefit Centre can create a benefit plan that suits your company’s budget and can work to satisfy your specific benefit needs. This includes employee benefit contributions amounts, if applicable. We recognize that each company has very different needs and criteria for their benefit plan. At The Benefits Centre, we will help you determine what plan brings the most value to your company, as well as to the lives of your employees.

Introduce your customized benefits plan.
We recognize that implementing a benefit plan can be complex. We’ll work with you every step of the way to ensure that the integration of your plan is as seamless as possible. Once your benefit plan is in force, we will work closely with your administrative staff to educate them on how to make claims, as well as how to add or delete plan members. Each carrier provides professional customer service to your group plan and to your employees.

Analyze and update.
Once your group plan has been in place for three months, we will review your plan. We will analyze your specific plan and determine if you are over on some coverages or not using others. These reviews are completed every quarter and your company will receive a detailed explanation on the plans usage. These reviews help to ensure that there are no surprises come renewal time. You will be notified prior to your group renewal date and we will meet to review the plan together. Based on this review and analysis, we will make adjustments.

Periodic reviews are scheduled quarterly or semi annually in order to monitor your services, administration satisfaction, and claims as it is key to our relationship.

Craig A. Fraser
President & Co-Founder, BHK
Craig was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. In 1985, he graduated from the University of Windsor in Human Kinetics. He started his career in financial services with the Prudential Insurance Company of America in 1986. Over the years, Craig’s primary business has grown and evolved extensively. He now works primarily in the employee benefits market. Today, Craig has established contracts with all of the top insurance companies in Canada, thus enabling him to conduct market surveys for his clients to find the best deal possible. He works closely with employers and human resource managers in designing, implementing, and monitoring benefit packages for companies from 2 employees to over 1,000. Over his 33-year career, Craig has always recognized the importance of continuing his education to keep up to date with the latest industry changes to best serve his clients. Throughout his life, Craig has always enjoyed and participated in many sports. He is still active, and you can usually find him on the Pickleball court. As a partner and co-founder of The Benefits Centre, Craig has become a “one stop shop” for each of his clients' benefit needs. Craig specializes in dealing with business owners to assist in finding the “best fit” for their benefit and pension plans in regards to both price and plan design.

As a co-founder of The Benefits Centre and as the owner of Breadth Consulting, Paul brings extensive experience in working with businesses, owners, and professionals in all aspects of financial planning. He has received many awards throughout his tenure and is recognized throughout Canada as a leader in his field. Personally, Paul is committed to his family, community through many philanthropic endeavours, coaching, and has been bestowed the honour of a 40 under 40 leader. Committed towards his relationships, Paul strives to have a positive conversation each and every time he meets with his clients.
